Article Processing Charges

Food Innovation, Function and Sustainability (FIFS) is committed to supporting the dissemination of high-quality research and encouraging submissions from researchers worldwide.

No APC Until 30 June 2027

There is no Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts submitted to and accepted for publication in FIFS until 30 June 2027.

During this period:

• No submission fee is charged.
• No peer-review fee is charged.
• No publication fee or APC is charged.

All manuscripts will undergo the journal's standard editorial assessment and peer-review process. The absence of an APC has no influence on editorial decisions.

Any APC policy applicable after 30 June 2027 will be clearly communicated on the journal website.
