Food Innovation, Function and Sustainability (FIFS) welcomes high-quality original contributions that fall within the journal’s aims and scope. Prospective authors should review the Aims and Scope, Author Guidelines, publication ethics and editorial policies before submission. Manuscripts must be original, scientifically rigorous and not under consideration by another journal. All submissions should be made through the journal’s online submission system.
